2. Nature of Our Services

REL REALTY SERVICES acts as a real estate consultant and an authorized channel partner / marketing partner for various developers. We are not the developer, promoter, owner or builder of any project displayed on this website.

Our role is limited to introducing prospective buyers to projects, sharing information provided by developers, arranging site visits, and assisting with the enquiry and documentation process. All sale transactions are executed directly between you and the developer or property owner.

3. Information on This Website

• Project names, images, layouts, amenities, locations and prices shown on this website are indicative and are based on information supplied by the respective developers.
• Prices, inventory availability, offers, payment plans and possession timelines are subject to change at the developer's sole discretion without prior notice.
• Images, renders and visuals are for representation purposes only and may not reflect the actual constructed property.
• Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, invitation or guarantee of sale, allotment or booking.

Before making any booking or payment, you should independently verify all project details, approvals, title documents and RERA registration directly with the developer.

4. Zero Brokerage & Bottom Rate Policy

Our "zero brokerage" policy means that no brokerage or service fee is charged by us to the buyer for the projects we represent as an authorized channel partner. Our remuneration is received from the developer.

Our "bottom rate policy" reflects our commitment to obtain the best available price and offer applicable at the time of booking for the project concerned. Final pricing, discounts and offers remain entirely at the developer's discretion and are subject to the terms of the developer's own booking documentation.

5. RERA Compliance

REL REALTY SERVICES is a registered real estate agent under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, with MahaRERA registration number A51800031509.

Each project has its own separate MahaRERA registration held by its developer. Buyers are advised to verify individual project registrations on the official MahaRERA portal before entering into any transaction.

6. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and specifically agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiry information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or harvest content or contact details from the site.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or anything that may damage the website or its users.
